Last summer I was eating smoothie bowls like a champ, I was sooo hooked nothing could make me stop having them every morning, and for lunch.
I discovered, as the fall came that I can't handle cold food in the morning when it's cold outside- didn't think that would ever be an issue, but it acutally is! I still have my smoothies, but as a drink, with something else to eat.
So that's another reason why I can't wait for summer, so I can go back to eating smoothie bowls all day- cause it's sooo yummy- right?
